    I have been looking for multivitamin for a long time. Tried a lot of different brand, blend, concentrations etc... This one gives one of the highest concentration with a wide mixture of vitamins and minerals. I have been using it for more than a year, no side effects or after taste, burps etc The best for me is to split the daily intake (2 tablets) one in the morning one in the evening. Highly recommended, cheapest and fast shipping with iHerb! Enjoy!

    I've tried about every multi vitamin out there and this is the only one that not only has everything I want, but also at a good price. Having your lifestyle center around health and fitness, I always want to be able to use one brand for all of my supplement needs, a fair price, and a good deal. There is rarely a time where I don't see this supplement on a great deal and it pairs well with all of my other EVL supplements. I'm patiently waiting for On Edge to come out with a vitamin pack where I get all of these great supplements in one box. I'll continue to buy this.

    Great multivitamin from On Edge. Very complete formula with the right and absorbable forms of vitamins and minerals, plus some fruits and vegetables and even an enzyme blend as well. I take only 1 tablet a day with a meal and it seems to do the job for me. Of course it's not completely natural but it's great for what it is. Thumbs up, I recommend it.     I have been consuming these vitamins for over a year now. They are definitely on the top list of best multi vitamin brands. I really feel energized and and can feel the benefits of their use. Keep in mind that vitamins don't do the trick just on their own, you have to have a balanced diet on your meals to really take advantage of the benefits you get from any multi vitamins you take.

    Best Multivitamin I've taken to date! Has everything you need in the way of quality and quantity of each nutrient plus a proprietary blend of many natural food compounds and enzymes... It does not however contain the very important minerals Magnesium, Potassium and Calcium which were deliberately left out because it would be way to expensive for a single supplement. Not to mention that I'm sure it would be impossible to swallow!... I take a good Magnesium supplement I also found on iherb plus drink milk and other forms of Calcium and make sure I eat my fruits and Veggies for the Potassium... I personally would not buy any supplement in a big chain supermarket or even drug store. They are misleading ie; most of the Magnesium in these are from Magnesium Oxide, a cheap and one of the least effective types. Also the labels may read 99 mg of Potassium, a worthless amount. Hence, Do Your Own Homework when it comes to Supplementation!

    So it’s been a week or so and I didn’t even notice until my trainer said I’ve gone up in weights and then I noticed when I was doing chest day. I’ve been on 30-35’s for a minute and I’m now doing 45’s and I was impressed! These def improve your performance and make you go up in weight. Dont feel tired or anything after as well. During you don’t feel like you’re a crack head like other products. The one thing that I did notice was I got pimples on my shoulders and back while I started taking these. But other then that these are FIRE!
