    Definitely helped with my energy and getting going throughout my day. I take it early morning with my breakfast along with the On Edge fish oil caplets and boy does my fog clear up. They're a little bigger than im used to but its only two caps and they make me feel good. Recommend+

    When taking a multi-vitamin I've never felt a jolt of energy, happiness or anything of that nature. However, I don't always eat the right things and knowing the ingredients in this multi-vitamin I feel this supplement provides me with the nutrients etc that I may be missing. The tablets are easy to swallow with no discernible aftertaste nor negative side effects. Yes it has a strong medicinal smell but that doesn't bother me. The most important thing, I feel it's providing me with the supplements I may be missing. I've tried a lot of multi-vitamins in my life but this is the one I'll be sticking with.

He has very low energy levels and doesn't get good night's rest because of it. Now after taking this together with EVLTest, he swears he knocks out and sleeps through the night like a baby. He feels a lot better and more energised and motivated to go to the gym.     I'm ready to write my review on this product. I had to give it time to see if I had any effects from it. It's a good vitamin with everything you need to include the kitchen sink as it were. I initially started with taking two in the morning and experienced some mild nausea. I changed it to one, and it works fantastic. It gets me through the day, and provides whatever is needed during my workouts. I would highly recommend this multivitamin for anyone who is looking for basically an all in one type of vitamin.

    Ive been taking these for about 2 years now. What I like most about it is the body is able to absorb it to the fullest. (They are in their most bioavailable form). Perfect quantities of copper, zinc, selenium, chromium and iodine. It also has a digestive enzymes blend, greens blend, Alpha lipoic acid and on top of it, Lutein and zeaxanthin (for eye health). So many nutrients in just two easy to swallow pills. A must Staple. I highly recommended!

    So it’s been a week or so and I didn’t even notice until my trainer said I’ve gone up in weights and then I noticed when I was doing chest day. I’ve been on 30-35’s for a minute and I’m now doing 45’s and I was impressed! These def improve your performance and make you go up in weight. Dont feel tired or anything after as well. During you don’t feel like you’re a crack head like other products. The one thing that I did notice was I got pimples on my shoulders and back while I started taking these. But other then that these are FIRE!
