Packs a large dose of your daily needs. Somehow i just love the smell of the tablets! I think its a great multivitamin supplement as it packs many of the vitamins you need compared to other multivitamins. It does however lack Iron and magnesium. I would take these two supplements on the side Solgars magnesium and b6. Solgars gentle iron I dont think you need to take 2 tablets of these a day as they do pack a great ton of high content. For me, vitamins is a must in daily life as i cannot function properly without it. I cannot seem to understand how people can live just by getting vitamins from food.

So it’s been a week or so and I didn’t even notice until my trainer said I’ve gone up in weights and then I noticed when I was doing chest day. I’ve been on 30-35’s for a minute and I’m now doing 45’s and I was impressed! These def improve your performance and make you go up in weight. Dont feel tired or anything after as well. During you don’t feel like you’re a crack head like other products. The one thing that I did notice was I got pimples on my shoulders and back while I started taking these. But other then that these are FIRE!
