Good product for results. Not the best for an hour before a workout (for me at least). Two capsules prior to a workout, i.e. “training day”, is probably not the best for me, because the ingredients I’m figuring out are making me nauseated during my workout. I’m thinking of taking one capsule in the am and the second mid-afternoon.
