    This is my first time having protein from On Edge Performance and I can tell you I will NEVER buy any other protein powder. This stuff is SO good and there is absolutely no chalkiness at all. I made my evening shake thicker and it was like a milkshake....so so good. I highly recommend this protein to anyone!!

Two capsules prior to a workout, i.e. “training day”, is probably not the best for me, because the ingredients I’m figuring out are making me nauseated during my workout.
