DIRECTIONS: Stir 1 rounded scoop with 6-8 ounces of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before beginning the activity. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN ANY 24-HOUR PERIOD.

    I used a scoop of the tropical sunrise sizzle for my morning workout and I instantly felt energized. I had sharp focus not only through my workout, but for the rest of my workday as well. The pump was great and the flavor reminded me of a summer pina colada! Excited to try additional flavors as well!
