When taking a multi-vitamin I’ve never felt a jolt of energy, happiness or anything of that nature. However, I don’t always eat the right things and knowing the ingredients in this multi-vitamin I feel this supplement provides me with the nutrients etc that I may be missing. The tablets are easy to swallow with no discernible aftertaste nor negative side effects. Yes it has a strong medicinal smell but that doesn’t bother me. The most important thing, I feel it’s providing me with the supplements I may be missing. I’ve tried a lot of multi-vitamins in my life but this is the one I’ll be sticking with.

The product is very rich in content. but the daily recommended dose (2 tablets) is too much in my opinion. content is quite high. I had stomach problem when I took 2 tablets. I take one tablet every two or three days. pretty good. Quality ingredient. Taste not good:)
