    I sought this out because I was having trouble recovering on a daily basis from hard rolls in jiujitsu. I was talking to my coach about how I felt later in the week after training multiple days. He recommended I try BCAAs. I use other On Edge sups so I tried this and I noticed a difference in the first week. I highly recommend this product.

    So it’s been a week or so and I didn’t even notice until my trainer said I’ve gone up in weights and then I noticed when I was doing chest day. I’ve been on 30-35’s for a minute and I’m now doing 45’s and I was impressed! These def improve your performance and make you go up in weight. Dont feel tired or anything after as well. During you don’t feel like you’re a crack head like other products. The one thing that I did notice was I got pimples on my shoulders and back while I started taking these. But other then that these are FIRE!

The difference in our muscle recovery from golf and tennis is amazing and the lack of edema from muscle stress is the most beneficial for both of us. We are both retired and enjoying sports more then we could when working and the recovery of muscle soreness etc. is amazing and we have recommended to friends who swear by this also.

Again, I can’t say it’s 100% the On Edge BCAAs but I do not it is a significant factor! I feel great and ready to hit the gym again tonight.

Towards the end of the cycle, I noticed a marked increase in energy for my workouts, and I noticed a drop in my body fat %. I am starting my 2nd cycle, and look forward to more of the same.

    I was skeptical when I purchased this product, but was happy with the results after my first cycle following the serving recommendations (I ordered 2 bottles).     I have used BCAAs in the past. I can’t say for certain that how I am feeling is 100% because of the On Edge BCAAs but I am not nearly as sore after a workout using this product. I also have been feeling ready to go day after day which is something that I have struggled with lately. I do not remember feeling previous BCAAs working so efficiently as 1st Phorm’s product. Again, I can’t say it’s 100% the On Edge BCAAs but I do not it is a significant factor! I feel great and ready to hit the gym again tonight.
