On Edge, BCAA Powder is a blend of 5g of Branched Chain Amino Acids and Glutamine for lean muscle and recovery. Vitamin B6 is added to enhance the absorption BCAAs. Branch Chain Amino Acids are the most abundant amino acids found in muscle tissue and are the most readily absorbed amino acid group. Our BCAA contains the ideal ratio of 2 parts Leucine to 1 part Isoleucine and Valine.

    I have used BCAAs in the past. I can’t say for certain that how I am feeling is 100% because of the On Edge BCAAs but I am not nearly as sore after a workout using this product. I also have been feeling ready to go day after day which is something that I have struggled with lately. I do not remember feeling previous BCAAs working so efficiently as 1st Phorm’s product. Again, I can’t say it’s 100% the On Edge BCAAs but I do not it is a significant factor! I feel great and ready to hit the gym again tonight.

    Love the flavor and product. The prices are a little higher then I would like but I will still likely purchase this product (maybe try another flavor too) again.

    I sought this out because I was having trouble recovering on a daily basis from hard rolls in jiujitsu. I was talking to my coach about how I felt later in the week after training multiple days. He recommended I try BCAAs. I use other On Edge sups so I tried this and I noticed a difference in the first week. I highly recommend this product.
