I’m ready to write my review on this product. I had to give it time to see if I had any effects from it. It’s a good vitamin with everything you need to include the kitchen sink as it were. I initially started with taking two in the morning and experienced some mild nausea. I changed it to one, and it works fantastic. It gets me through the day, and provides whatever is needed during my workouts. I would highly recommend this multivitamin for anyone who is looking for basically an all in one type of vitamin.

Ive been taking these for about 2 years now. What I like most about it is the body is able to absorb it to the fullest. (They are in their most bioavailable form). Perfect quantities of copper, zinc, selenium, chromium and iodine. It also has a digestive enzymes blend, greens blend, Alpha lipoic acid and on top of it, Lutein and zeaxanthin (for eye health). So it’s been a week or so and I didn’t even notice until my trainer said I’ve gone up in weights and then I noticed when I was doing chest day. I’ve been on 30-35’s for a minute and I’m now doing 45’s and I was impressed! These def improve your performance and make you go up in weight. Dont feel tired or anything after as well.
