That’s Old School, that’s old fashion, that’s what works!” A catchy commercial is just that. Doesn’t mean a product is going to be good or bad. Again the main thing is the ingredients here. This is easy to digest, quick and slow acting/release proteins. No bloating issues nor filling to full to a meal. Good stuff right here 👍

I love that you don't need to add things to make these taste good. I also love that it's almost 100% protein macros. I add a half scoop to my greek yogurt and it tastes like dessert. Same to oatmeal. Same to plain almond milk. I add it to pancakes and waffles for protein and flavor. 10/10 recommend.
