I am giving 3 stars because my husband (diabetic) and I could tell an immediate difference physically after taking this. No more cramps at night, not as hungry, overall better well-being. Not 4 stars, however, because it's frustrating that no matter what we did to it it doesn't fully dissolve. Makes me feel like I am dumping product down the drain. I wish he would fix that. The taste was tolerable. Not my favorite, but not awful bad either. Think 'Gatorade'. You can almost tell when you really are needing it. The more you need it the better it tastes! If you have enough in your system, it doesn't taste as good. Strange, huh? Purchasing again and will continue to but until he fixes the dissolving problem, no 5 stars. And I am an RN fyi.
